A group of local runners will be running on behalf of Army Captain John Silk to raise funds for the Wounded Warrior’s Project in the New Orleans Half Marathon, on February 28th. Pineville Rebels Baseball presents the 1st Annual “Shootout on the River” shooting contest. Bent Knee Bow Hunters of Louisiana, a non-denominational, non-profit Christian ministry to the bow hunting community, will hold an organizational meeting Saturday, February 27th from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Deville Training Center on Hwy. 115 in Deville.
